Law and Society Trust ReviewLaw and Society Trust Review is a monthly publication by the Law and Society Trust. This journal seeks to provide socio-legal information on human rights and brings to scrutinity legal provisions, practices and international proceedings of relevance to Sri Lanka. Contributors include legal practitioners as well as academics.




Nivedeni CoverNivedeni is published by Women's Education and Research Center, Colombo. The journal aims to provide critical discourse on gender along the lines of class, caste, nation and ethnicity. Feminist in its orientation with an underlying commitment to Marxism and democracy, this periodical also contains a section on book reviews.




Options CoverOptions is published by the Women and Media Collective, Colombo, and is recognized as one of the foremost feminist publications available in Sri Lanka. The intent of the journal is to generate discourse on the representation and role of Sri Lankan women from politics to art and media. Some of the previous issues have focused on women's political representation, women writers, and women and violence.

CoverSri Lanka Journal of Population Studies, is published by the Department of Demography, University of Colombo. This journal aims to promote exchanges among social science scholars writing on the interrelationships between population and development in Sri Lanka. Contributors include demographers, political scientists and geographers and also include senior researchers working in international NGOs. This is an annual publication.
