This quarterly journal provides a forum for debates on international affairs, security and development issues as they pertain to Bangladesh. The journal also includes occasional articles on topics affecting South Asia such as politics, ethnicity and environmental issues.

South Asian Refugee Watch South Asian Refugee Watch is a bi-annual, joint publication by the Centre for Alternatives in Dhaka, the Centre for the Study of Developing Societies in Delhi, the Nepal Water Conservation Foundation in Kathmandu and the Regional Centre for Strategic Studies in Colombo. It is aimed to create awareness and a better understanding of refugees and displaced persons, especially within the South Asian Context. The journal touches upon topics ranging from identity politics to conflict resolution and international guidelines on refugee and displaced policies.
